-Labour (manpower is needed to operate machinery and to carry out the landfill process)
-Infrastructure (machines like rollers to compress the sand are needed to carry out the landfill process)
-Good planning
-A large capital (a large sum of money is needed for the hiring of labour, purchasing of materials and machines and so on)
-Availability of materials like sand and granite
-Regular maintainence of all machinery
